According to the most recent agricultural census from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a third of America’s 3.4 million farmers are over the age of 65.  We at CottageSpore North are excited to be a part of what we believe to be an agricultural revolution in our country, a “new wave of farmers,” if you will.  We are passionate about bringing fresh, high-quality food products to our local community with an emphasis on increasing availability to everyday folks like you and me in addition to providing to select local restaurants.  We aim to improve our customers’ health, assist in food security, improve freshness and quality of products offered, and overall add to our local sustainability movement.
